Staff-- and couple of questions about the process:
When are the letters sent?
Is there a limit on how many 'we' can send?
Beyond those committed, but not enrolled, who will receive one?
If one is not signed, can we recover it and send it to another prospect?
Is there any possibility that one is sent to any 'surprise' prospect?
They're sent so that they arrive on the day of NLOI I believe, both a hard copy and a digital copy are sent, so the hard copy is just kind of for show. Most often the hard copies will get to their house the day off, and they will fax them in. Or they will print out a copy, sign it, scan it and send it back or fax it back.
There is no limit on how many can be sent. The staff sends them out to whomever they are interested in having that they are recruiting. There are some that are sent to prospects we don't often hear about.
,,,I asked my dog the same question, and he didn't answer, either........
I would think they get there before the day itself since some players send them in around 6:00 AM. UPS or Fed Ex isn't that good.
