ok fellow buckeyes i am due for an upgrade with verizon and currently have the iphone 4. Should i go with the iphone 5 or get a samsung galaxy or note phone? i love my iphone and never really had issues with it im just not sure i want to go another two years with the same phone i already have pretty much. my friend just got the galaxy note phone and its real big and has a badass screen but im just not very knowledgeable about the brand and products. is their anything about the iphone5 that would be a HUGE upgrade over my 4? thanks in advance buckeye nation!
The sky is the limit.
lol thats another thing ive heard what does it mean to jailbreak your phone and or how do you do it?
all depends what you want to do with your phone. If you like to customize things I would go with a Galaxy or Note.

I have a Galaxy GS 2 and absolutely love it

If you already have purchased all the apps for your iphone4 and you have your music on itunes, then I'd upgrade to the 5. I still work off my iphone4, havent even thought much about moving to the 5. It still works for me and I save the upgrade cash.
I have the Galaxy Note 2...its bad ass.. You get used to the size of it after a day or two and other phones will seem tiny (I said something similar to my gf when we first met lol) All seriousness, its a great phone. My dude has the galaxy 3 and its just like a smaller version of mine but with only half the battery life. I dont even use a car charger anymore, I just charge it every other day and its good to go. And I use it a lot too.
Sorry Coolraski I didnt mean to quote your post

I use iPhone5 for work and Galaxy III for my personal device. Galaxy III, IMO, is much better. My next upgrade will be the Galaxy Note II.
Thanks guys I'm really really considering the note 2
Wise choice. I didn't read all of the other posts but also the Note has multi tasking features that are pretty cool. I got the phone 3 weeks ago and probably haven't even scratched the surface of what it can do.
Now that it seems like you are leaning towards the Note 2, I want to recommend the cover is kind of like a book. It have a very think flap that opens. I love this cover because it doesnt add any size to your phone. You start getting the big outter box types and this phone does become to big.
