Where I work got the the phones a day early and I'm messing with the demo phone!
Big difference ?
I held off upgrading for almost a year for this damn phone even though I was eligible for a new phone. It better be worth it!
In design no...but way faster! It looks exactly the same bit longer and thinner...all black unlike the 4s that had silver trim
Me too! I'm afraid it is only going to be OK according to the reports I've read.
I am an apple lover for sure, but I agree, no major design overhauls here. Just a better version of the 4/4S.
It seems like apple played it safe on the design change part of it by making the minimal changes they knew people were expecting
I was kind of expecting drastic changes and I got caught up in the the day dreaming. It's a cool phone, but not earth-shattering. It'll buy one since I'm over two years on my old phone. From their perspective I think they tried to hit a home run with software like the new maps/turn by turn navigation, as opposed to a overall hardware revamp.
Ordered mine yesterday, they say a couple of weeks before it comes in.
Ordered mines last friday waiting on it. Can't wait!

Mine should arrive sometime today. I'm super stoked!
Bump...anyone receive theirs yet? If so, thoughts?
Once you do the update for the 4s you have the iPhone 5 just no 4g
Urban 2 Hoke 0
Not quite. The low-light capabilities of the camera are considered best on the market. Also, no comparison, speed-wise. Processor is supposed to be lightening fast. Plus a larger screen (still with Retina display), while being thinner and lighter. Not too shabby.
@BucknutsFan "My primary focus has been helping my teams win titles. I want a football team that goes 4-6 seconds of relentless effort." UM
4" Retina screen, 20% lighter, 20% thinner, LTE, faster processor...think they did alright with the hardware update.
Wow downvotes for this? Tough crowd.
I have had a 4g phone before and the difference between the 3g and 4g is not that big of a difference. Most people with the iphone are used to the screen size as it is so the bigger screen I would think would not be that big of deal. Iphone already has a nice camera. Me personal don't think the iphone5 is worth spending the money. I was hoping for more upgrades.
