While I disagree with your post, down voting you is ridiculous. At times it really becomes the "pack mentality," and is lame. Sorry.
Upvote for both of you for what its worth
Not trying to be argumentative...what additional upgrades would have changed your opinion or made you think it would've been worth the investment?
seems like some people on this board are down vote happy at times lol
This is JMO, I am no phone expert by any means. I own the 4s and just like any phone it has it good points and bad. If you look at the major upgrades to the iphone5 I would say the navigation, faster processor, being 4g and iOS6 are the top ones. Well you get half those with the update apple sent out. And the difference between 3g and 4g is very small. Maybe I should have not used the word "upgrades" because there are upgrades. I was trying to make the point that I have the 4s and will not get the 5 because of the little difference between the two IMO.

Am I the only one that doesn't upgrade my phone all the time? When my phone breaks or in some other way starts causing me headaches, I'll upgrade. Tell me there are others out here that don't live and die by their phone...?
I guess I'm like you. I always keep a phone until it starts having problems. I do have the iPhone 4s but only got it after my old Blackberry started having battery and lock up issues. I'm more than happy with the iPhone 4s and I will not be running off to get the new iPhone.
My nephew skipped school yesterday to get his new phone. He showed it to me and I did like the larger screen. It's a little faster but not really that much better than my 4s. I did the 4s update and now have most of the latest software for iPhones. It does all that I need it to do. Maybe down the road when my current phone stops working like a champ, I'll upgrade to the 5??
Ya I just got the 4s the other day n it's my first iPhone. The only reason I got it was because I had a 100 credit on my account and got it for free. It's definitely nice I can't lie but I won't take advantage of Half it's features. If it text, makes phone, n I can surf the web occasionally I'm happy.
