In my eyes mpenn77 got the amount right.
Bax was closest showing the steps, but was off on arithmetic. BTW, since it was a European created test ($ after amount instead of in front), who really cares.
365$ + (275$ - 41.25$) + (275$ - 68.75$) ==
365$ + 233.75$ + 206.25$ ==
I guess he should have made the equation $365+[275-(275x.150)]+[275-(275x.25)]

If that is what the equation is supposed to be...then yes. But since we are struggling with 6th grade math, I don't trust that the way the question was written is truly the question.
It was designed to be more confusing than it really is, that's part of why it was so "difficult".
