Save the schollie and let Frank E. do his job. For what it's worth, I've always liked Frank E. more as a punter than I have Johnny Townsend. Watch the man work:

I miss my Kate Upton Picture
Frank E 40 yard average, AND can run and catch. Save the scollie.
Yep, don't waste a schollie. Use Frank e and a walk on. As for the rugby style idk.. To me it's gimmicky and puts you in position of being blocked.
Funny last week everyone was talking about Frank E as a possible transfer. This could be his chance to stay a Buckeye.
Woody and Archie.................................. Alex being Alex, ....................................and Woody at Dennison
Trying to be a realist here but I think it's entirely possible that Frank E won't be down with be the designated punter only. Now perhaps, for a year or two (while also competing as a WR) in order to give the staff time to recruit a full time punter from the HS or JC ranks. But maybe he'll want to play WR before his JR year as he probably would here at the earliest and seeks greener pastures. That is to say, I don't think it's a given that we can just plug Frank there problem solved.
Plan B? Go for it!!!
Just get one of the FG Kickers to do it. It's not rocket science on how to punt. Catch the ball, take a step, and kick it. Make a tackle if necessary. It's not that hard to do.
