You have to reask this question in 4 years because Washington hasn't paid for Griffin yet, right now it looks like a hell of a deal but if you go back and look at what they couldve had in losing their early round draft picks for next 3-4 years you may say something different.
I'll be in Cleveland watching RG3 and my Skins beat up on the Brownies. Can't wait.
National President of the Sky is NOT Falling Club
The great thing about RG3 and what I believe will make him transcendent(as long he stays healthy) is he can beat teams with his arm, his legs and his mind. Extremely rare for a QB to be able to do all three and excel at them. Especially a rook. He doesn't make many mistakes as he only has 3 picks on the entire season so far with a very high completion %.
Youre right the skins roster wasn't great. But when you compare it to the browns overall it was much better. The browns have to build their whole roster through the draft. The redskins are able to go out and grab good players in free agency. As of right now, the browns aren't a desirable place to go as a free agent. People can say the browns missed on a great back in Morris, they should've taken him. Well guess what, so did 30 other teams!!! At that point in the draft it's luck.
The Father, The Son... well, it's the
The Holy Trinity... as I see it.
