I was looking for him in the game today and didn't even play. Palmer goes down and the put the Lion heart in? There were whispers that they had "packages" for Terry, but I guess it never happened.
I don't hate the kid. I just like calling him Terry, but I wonder what he could have been if he had a good QB coach. Would it matter? The kid is a freak of an athlete. I just wonder what the deal is. I don't even think a 4th year would have helped him truthfully.
I find it odd that Troy got better and better, but Terry not so much.
I'd just like to say that the fact you called him Terry is awesome.
Since you asked nicely....
The kid is a project. Needs time to develop into an NFL QB. Patience my friends.
He did have a qb coach. Yes he was inept but...
I hope he can learn to play but we'll see.
I wonder if people would stick up for him if we got Glen Mason as opposed to Urban Meyer.
Exactly, the hell with Terry Pryer
I believe Raiders brass has publicly stated that they are putting all their eggs in the Palmer basket for the future. I just wonder why its taking so long to start the receiver project. Kid just doesn't have the mental makeup to be a starting NFL qb.
considering how well he did in pre season, and how bad the raiders are, it is amazing that they wouldn't give him a start. Once again, though, it is about money. If a team has more money invested in a guy, he's gets the nod 99 out of 100 times in the NFL.
