I'm rooting very hard for Jordan Hall to do something spectacular this year. Will be rooting for Wilson as well.
We may have lost the battle......but not the war.
Unfortunately, Vonn Bell's hit, at 1:21 of his tape, will probably get him thrown out of the game. What a sucky rule!
Under the new rule, that hit would not even be a penalty, let alone an ejection
Another guy, who doesn't get talked about as much as some of these flashy offensive guys, and yet has an offer list that is as impressive as any recruit in the country: Trey Johnson. Very impressed with this young man, both with his physical talents, even more so with his mental capacity of the game.
2013 Sr Highlights
As far as Dontre goes, I know people will hate hearing this but, I watched P. Harvin for his Jr. and Sr. years at Landstown High School and Dontre is the closest player I have seen to Harvin. He cuts like him, has vision like him, and has that extra gear. This kid is a baller! Call me excited!

Uh-Um.................Corey Smith said wasup.
Nobody see's the field before Corey. Meyer doesn't take a JUCO if he doesn't think he can play this year.
Having spent my first 11 years of life in Desoto, I got a lot of love for a fellow Desoto Eagle. Especially when he decides to become a Buckeye. I remember going to every football game on Friday nights as a kid. He may be my new favorite player this season.
I'm all in favor of keeping dangerous weapons out of the hands of fools. Let's start with typewriters.

Am I the only one that is just as excited for Clark as I am for Wilson, if not more so? Not a knock on wilson but he seems to get a lot more of the hype than Clark because of what position he'll play.
The whole class is amazing. There composite rankings are stupid. 99,98,98,98,98,97,97,97 etc etc.
The reason why I am more excited about Wilson is that no one else can do what he can and he has proved against the best competition in the country. The announcer in the highlight finally says " What do you do with Dontre Wilson" Referring to the defense. There is no answer for his game especially in Urb's offense. Plus he can return kicks.
I piss excellence.
Good point, personally I can't get over Clark's tape. Either way this class is loaded with playmakers, Bosa, Clark, Wilson, Bell, Marshall....The list goes on. Football season needs to hurry up.
Interesting note on Prince by JC Shuburtt...
6 hours ago via 247Sports Mobile
Only issue with Prince is that he may be best at RG.
Given his height (6-4.5) I can see your point, especially if we're talking NFL.
His feet and athleticism, though, along with arm length, make him a possible elite tackle in college.
Prince is the rawest of the top OL prospects this cycle, but the kid has great, great upside and given the way he re-shaped leading up to the DC Nike Camp, I think he's got the "want to" to be anything he wants.

I call hogwash on JC's evaluation. I am one of many who is convinced that Prince would absolutely be able to play tackle. As with almost any high school prospect, their pass-pro could use some work and fine-tuning. No problem. Urban made it one of his very first priorities to hire a coach who would be able to get the absolute most out of the players he has/had.
Ed Warinner is one of the more underrated hires of the current staff that Coach Meyer has put together. Reid Fragel is honestly enough proof for me - that he could take a TE and in one player make him an NFL worthy o-lineman? I can't in complete honesty say that Bollman would have been able to pull of the same feat.
Agrees jbook...he wasnt playing in A scrub state...he was dominating Texas...which we all know is a breeding ground for studs...makes me that much more stoked urban broke out the spatula!!!!! Coach em up Urb!!!
