That is the rumor going around -- seriously there is good chance the top 3 players in the country according to 24-7 and three other 5-star kids could be headed down there. Again who wouldn't want to play for a guy as accomplished as Hugh Freeze for a team that finished 3-5 in the SEC. No way this is clean.
There is no such thing as a clean program
Agreed. However, this is the equivalent of Indiana/Purdue/Minnesota starting to recruit as well as Ohio State, Michigan, and Penn State. It doesn't pass the smell test and Ole MIss is not good enough for people to be claiming sour grapes....
Exactly, great post - this would like my Gophers coming in and landing 5 or 6 of the top 25 recruits in the country after going 7-6 with a no-name head coach. It just doesn't happen.
Ole Moss hasn't always been devoid of talent like those other three schools...they just play against teams with much more of it...of course it doesn't pass the smell test...but it's not like any of those schools...
Um disagree...it isn't close to the equivalent of Minny doing the same thing.
It really is crazy, kid wasn't even considering them, all of the sudden he goes for a visit, few days later commits. Nkemdiche I understand because of family ties but the others...not so much. Treadwell tweeting the wad of cash while on his OV there last weekend was also ridiculous. Just reaks of impermissable benefits but with the way the NCAA is screwing up and 2 - 3 years it takes them to do an investigation might as well be relevant for a few years then never at all.

"Everybody Cheats" is your motto.
I guarnatee you that cheating is not the same at Northweters as it is at Ole Miss (or name your SEC program).

Ole Miss probably realized, well no one else is getting busted. Eff it.
I miss my Kate Upton Picture
I can't recall a time where Ole Miss was NOT devoid of talent. Like Purdue, they have gotten a solid player or two throughout the years but they have been getting the hell kicked out of them annually in the SEC. If they were in the Big Ten, they'd be a tune up game for the goods teams along with most of the conference. The SEC>BIG but don't be delusional enough to believe that SEC Bottom Feeders are better than the good teams in the Big Ten.

"Fundamentals are the crutch for the talentless" - Kenny Powers
You don't know much about football do you:
Minnesota has 9 winning seasons in the last 15.
Ole MISS has 8 in 15.
Minnesota has 18 conferences championships the last being 1967.
OLE MISS has 6 the last being in 1963.
Your right OLE MISS is light years ahead of Minnesota's football history.
You have to realize that it stems from the idea that if said enough, it has to be true. People have it imprinted in their minds that schools in the SEC are better so they have to be better. There are people that still state a game against Tennessee is brutal whereas a game against Purdue is a tune up. At this point, I honestly have no idea who would win in a game between those two schools.
I had a poster tell me that Northwestern was a joke but Vandy and MSU show the depth of the SEC. Northwestern buried both of those schools this past year.

Hahaha I just saw the pic of Treadwell with cash. Wow. I agree no program is clean, but its all relative and this seems REALLY dirty.
"Dorsey...under pressure...throws iiiiiit. Incomplete. The Buckeyes win!" - Keith Jackson
Im sorry had I posted a pie chart saying all levels of dirtiness were equal? And please don't project on me what I'm able to see and not see...learn to use the quote function correctly before offering any advice....
This is like SMU all of a sudden landing the top players all around the country. Sorry, but no one on this board can convince me that this isn't out of the ordinary. There is definitely something happening at Ole Piss. I am convinced that there's a massive funneling of funds going on here. Ole Piss doesn't recruit that good all of a sudden without an abnormality.
And I shall rejoice in victory for another 365 days over That School Up North.
So there will not be The Blind side 2 coming out of this class. All the recruits currently have $$$
"That is what it means to me......"
i love when retorts are started with "you dont know much about football"
Those stats are telling me what? Minny loses to OSU , Michigan and PSU ..and the occasional upstart team. The rest of their losses are to junk teams.
Ole Miss loses to to perennial top 25 ranked teams and several of them. Their 5-7 losses a year come to far better teams then Minnys ...it's all I'm sayin.

How do you measure the level of cheating and how do you know who cheats more or less? Please explain...
Because every fan base in American thinks OSU is dirty besides OSU fans of course. So please tell me what our shade of gray is because we've had our share of Block O 5* classes.
You sir are correct, but I do believe other schools cheat more than others. What I find funny is OSU fans calling out other schools for cheating. I cant remember but we did have a bowl banned for cheating?....
This^^^^^ SMU II if u ask me something smells like dead fish here and it needs looked at.
"I simply can not have Degeneration X (Rant participants) roaming the hallways and going upper tank in my office"..Cdiddy
I agree..but that wasnt and isn't the OP. I'm not discussing levels...but Diddy had bad reception so like a satellite he needed to change the angle...
