Beat me to it, CFA!
I agree the refs were as bad as I have ever seen them, and it was bad all around, it just so happened that the most impactful part of their terrible officiating was the phantom call taking sully out for the rest of the half. So it was a disadvantage for the bucks overall but it should be acknowledged that these refs were not "pro Cuse". They were just effing terrible at their jobs on Sat night.

When craft got thrown to the ground in front of the ref, i went ballistic. Scared the hell out of my wife.
That is fine. My argument was not to point to one versus the other. Both team were on the winning and losing side of many horrible calls. It sucked on both sides. Period. We can obviously complain that they were bad towards us, and they were. But they were bad towards the Orange as well. Bottom line, the better team won and the refs were a wash.
This is the type of game where fans should complain about the officials. They didn't allow the players to play basketball, and if I was a syracuse fan I would be furious at the refs too. If Ohio State lost I would definitely be complaining. They weren't unfair, but they sucked as much as any officiating crew has ever sucked. I'm an Ohio State fan, and I want to replay the game with real officials.
I don't come to the same conclusion. I don't think we saw enough basketball to determine who the better team was. We'll never know, but it doesn't matter cause were going to the final 4.
