This was my thought, with how gingerly he was walking, and how they said he was having a hard time breathing before he even left the field.
How would PSU posters have the information first? Pure speculation based on who we play next week.
Just trying to dig up all I can find
This is why I don't think it is a broken clavicle..
1) He never grabs for that side of the arm, in fact he never grabs for anything.
2) Training staff never reaches under the pads to feel the clavicle.
2) Pretty sure they have Xray in the stadium. If it was a clavicle fracture they would have seen it, then why go to the hospital? Unless they are being overly cautious and ruling out some type of concomitant lung injury.
Clout has nothing to do with it. With stadium renovations, the field sits too low for grass to grow properly. It was the whole reason they went to turf.

Meyer has just said he hasn't heard any updates on Braxton
It's most probably a serious head injury or, if not, a rib injury with lung puncture. Either way it is not looking good for the rest of the season for Brax from where I sit. We will just have to sit pat. It may take hours for them to run the tests, make a determination, and gather to face the media.
I hope its something that doesn't cause any long term healing. He is gona miss three weeks regardless the seriousness of injury. there is no reason to bring him back fore any of these next two games. not even wisconsin do i play him. get well soon brax
Really bad concussion I think.
If it was broken collar bone he doesn't put his arms around the trainers.
Probably out a couple weeks, hope it's not worst. The bye week before Wisky is probably a very good thing.
The sideline reporter for ESPN said that the medical staff asked for a neck/back board before he was loaded into the ambulance. ESPN never showed him being brought to the ambulance though......
Any time you have to go to the hospital it can't be good. At this point, I don't have any expectation that he'll be back this year. I'm just hoping that it isn't so serious that it is career ending or worse. Get better young man.
