I'm thinking Massillon vs mckinley
Has to be...No other...

Massillon vs.McKinley has all the history on its side. Even despite my bias I will concede it to be #1.
Best rivalry of the last 20 years...St Ignatius vs.St Eds. The rematch in the playoffs this year will be off the proverbial chain, the real state championship.
That one stands the test of time.
A few other good ones over the years ...
Moeller vs. Princeton (in the 80's - winner took all)
St. Ignatius vs. St. Eds
St. X vs. Colerain (for about the last 10 years may be best in state)
Moeller vs. St. X (lopsided for Moeller for 20 years, then X for 10; now they are pretty comparable)
Probably the best HS rivalry in the country

It may be blasphemy to put up a non-ohio rivarly, but Don Bosco vs Bergen Catholic is definitely among the nations top.

As someone who used to live in Jersey that game is probably the best rivalry in the northeast/mid atlantic. A lot of good players from those schools.
with that said, it doesn't hold a candle to massillon/mckinley, the holy war or the prep school rivalries in cincinnati.
If you are looking at quality of football, and the intensity of the game ON the field, then it can stack up with the best of them in the country.
I agree that if you are going just by history of the game, and how much the respective towns and fans are into it, then it is not up to the levels of some of these games.
I agree those are big Dayton rivalries but back in the day in was Centerville and fairmont from Kettering. But for some reason it fell off.
