Pretty sure Diddy's just whining about SPARQ so he can discredit McLaurin's success this week and go back to bashing Zach Smith.
I'm gong to lay out the football schedule for the next 5 years, show me one, just one game Ohio State fans would find acceptable to lose.

Not at all. I'm happy for McLovin. It seems to have garnered him some praise.
Honestly, I was most impressed with the way he handled himself in the interview I saw.
By the same token, I'm not disappointed Webb didn't dominate in "LARP", I know he is elite.
And syphopox, recant of face banishmnet.
Expecting proper writing isn't racist.
That is proper writing. Look it up. I expect members of a group forum to not continually make racist, bigot comments in an attempt to segregateand discourage its members and not get away with it. Banishment...who do you think you are? Are you banishing me from eating lunch at your hot dog stand?

He absolutely does hate the leeches that attach themselves to high school kids...look up his clinic speeches the past two years at the Ohio High School Coaches Clinic...and he said it at the OSU clinic as well...
While I don't agree with everything the OP said, I too fear that things like the summer camp could make college football more corrupt...but hey, I enjoy it and will continue to watch this stuff as a recruiting junkie
We are coming for you Bama!
College football has been corrupt for over 40 years. Probably longer.
I said more corrupt, as in AAU corrupt/ SEC
You're telling me that would make it more corrupt than what was going on in the SWC back in the 70's and 80's?

I'm talking about all of college football, like the B1G. Shady stuff goes on everywhere, but it's worse in the SEC...And with the exception of Miami/SEC, I don't think it's as bad as the 70s and 80s in the SWC, heck I don't think even Miami and the SEC are as bad as SMU. Like I said, I know it's corrupt, but as the OP said it would even make it worse.

The whole premise that 7 on 7s = AAU is completely specious.
Regardless, something is either corrupt or it isn't. College football most certainly is and has been for a long time. Summer camps don't change that.
I'll put it this way...my dad and I are sales reps for trophy companies and many of our clients work with the high school teams, AAU basketball the football camps, etc. These customers are involved with all the rewards for both sports and have some decent inside knowledge of what goes on with recruiting with certain athletes, because let's face it, beat recruits get most of the awards and the people running the camps, coaches, Etc talk about their best players...
Anyway, I say all this because the prevailing theme we get from our clients is how corrupt AAU basketball is Examples are colleges paying coaches, sending agents for college (not pros) paying parents, etc. It makes what Oregon did or the SEC look like child's play. And that's why I'm concerned things could be worse as these camps continue to get bigger and bigger.
I don't really care. They kids are getting top notch training and get to play against better competition. I would attend at least 2 lacrosse camps per summer growing up...they were fun.
