So I got rid of my iphone 4 for the samsung galaxy note 2. I've had it for about a week and am just not feeling it. It's got cool features and all I just miss the iphone. This thing is too damn big and I just feel like it's not as smooth as my iphone was. The texting on here is different and I just feel like I can't do anything with one hand on this phone bc it's so damn big.
Should I return this thing for the iphone 5 or should I give it more time to get used to it? Need some honest opinions
I have the 5 and freakin love it
I dream of a day when chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned.
Not trying to bust your balls or anything but did you hold the phone before you bought it? The note 2 is a big phone. I have the Galaxy s3 and love it. I owned the iPhone 4s before that and was not happy with it. If the size is a problem then return it. It took me a few weeks to get used to the bigger phone. What made you switch in the first place?

I think any phone takes getting used to. I have the iPhone 5 and upgraded from the 4 but I had the blackberry bold before that and i loved the ability of texting without the touch screen. Unfortunately iPhone left blackberry in the dust in every other category so here I am. I like the 5 a lot though.
I just wanted something different. I did hold it in the store just didn't think it'd be this different and massive
Is the iphone 5 and different than the iphone 4 is the real question
I was thinking the same thing. I've got an s2 and it's perfect. My buddies who have the iPhone are jealous.
Absolutely is. I got the 5 about 2 months ago after having the 4. The speed is remarkably faster. Clearer screen, bigger too. I think it's a very noticeable upgrade.

Yes very much so. Like ryguy said I was very impressed with the speed and siri can lend assistance sometimes as well. She's kinda a bitch though.
You don't need a "smart" phone. Be brave and dare to be different. Get rid of both. You will see that your life will be the same except you will have a 100 dollars more a month in your pocket than your friends do.

Haha I'll def be sticking with the smart phone
Is there anyone on here who has the note and doesn't like it?
I loved my iphone 4 when I had it I'm just afraid that I'll regret getting the iphone 5 bc it will be the exact same thing as the 4
I have a 4s, my son has the 5. I've been eligible for an upgrade for some time but I see no major difference between the two phones so I'm sticking with the 4s until Apple actually comes out with something that is a major improvement or something goes wrong with my phone.
I did the updates when the 5 came out and now the only major difference in my son's 5 and my 4s is his is a little bigger and the accessories are more expensive.
Ic man thanks and that's why I switched but I just miss my iphone this thing I can't get used to it
iPhone 5 is quite a bit different than the 4. The biggest and most dramatic difference is 4G, I use my wife's iphone4 and it's like going back to dial up. Physically the phone is thinner and has a bigger screen, the width is the same, but it's longer. The voice recognition is amazing. I had an app to voice text on my 4, but the 5 has it built in and it's amazing how well it does. A lot of people complain about the new plug for the charger, but it's an upgrade over the plug for the 4. The other phones are definitely closing the gap, but for my money, the iphone 5 is the way to go.
I've had TVs smaller than thing - like a lot smaller
That's what I'm starting to think do you notice any different it the LTE service for the phone? Like calling and texting do you ever not have service?
What is it that you are looking for in a phone. 4G? Bigger/smaller screen, able to change the theme of the phone to make it look how you want. Are you the type of phone user that doesn't want to customize your phone just use it for phone, texting, internet?
yeah im pretty plain jane when it comes to the phone it self and customizing. i think ive just grown very comfortable with iphone and this change to the note is too much. the reason i ask about 4g is bc many people have told me of all phones iphone gets the worst signal and or service and i was wondering if it was bc the iphone has been on 3g up until now
No, I always have service, sometimes it will go to 3g if I go to my in laws, they live in the sticks
You can turn the 4G off if you want and just run with 3g, the only advantage to that is it doesn't drag down your battery as fast in 3g
yea, the notes are just too massive.
S3 is the way to go IMO.
LOVE my note. Best smartphone on the market.
Great call quality , great camera , big screen, lots of cool features, long battery life , & a head turner. What more can u ask for ?
