Craft is staying 4 years, he has goals beyond college basketball, like his 3.9 GPA and pre med.
Enjoy him, I am not sure when I have seen an OSU athlete in a long time give so much effort play after play after play, he is relentless.

This is Craft's team not Sully's! Craft is constantly yelling at others for lack of effort. He may not be Mike Conley but no one on this board can question his hustle, and "want too". If the rest of the team played as consistently hard as AC, we'd win it all! Buford and Smith have been disappointing, especially Lenzelle!

Good thing is Conley's dad is not around to convince kids to leave early for the NBA and get his new found agent business going.
He even got Beanie and a few kids in their ears and gone.
Conley had a good NCAA run, Ron Lewis does not hit that three against Xavier and get that game into OT, and Lewis single handedly got us into OT, Conley never has that NCAA run.
Conley had a much better two guard in Lewis with him, Craft has very little to go to at the two guard to take pressure off himself.
Conley also had Jamal Butler as instant offense to help get him open and free things up, between Lewis and Butler Craft does not have that luxury with Smith, not even close.
Conley could also cheat on steals because Oden was the ultimate shot blocker and shot changer, we do not have that now either.
You are almost comparing two different dynamics and situations to be honest.

Slap your self. Thomas is a elite athlete. He's the only guy who plays above the rim on the team.

So let me ask? What does Craft have to do to become a top 3 NBA pick? Not a sarcastic question but some seem to be implying that Craft is better then Conley or is having a "equal" run (OSU83 implies Conley had more around him) so I'm wondering what would Craft have to do to impress GM's like Conley did? What separates them? Normally it's athleticism but someone posted that Craft is a "elite" athlete so that can't be it.

It is a mute point to debate. Conley was built for the NBA style and wanted that. Craft is built for a college player and wants that. Ask any coach in the country and they would DIE for Craft. He does all the intangibles, hustles and plays non-stop balls to the wall all game long, defends better than ANYONE in college. Craft doesn't care about the NBA nor does he have an NBA game. He is pre-med and will probably do much better things post-college.
