Here's some real talk for you. There is NOTHING under the law that would allow for true justice to be given to Jerry Sandusky or the prideful aholes that sacrificed the lives of all of those kids for the sake of that pathetic institution. Justice with mercy? By their very definition they are opposites. Glass house? Are you saying that anyone who speaks out against this is a pedophile? Where was the mercy for those kids who had Jerry Sandusky's crank shoved down their throat or up their a**? If that MI in your screen name has anything a certain state, I can understand how your head found its way so far up your a**. Take your liberal utopia garage and ruin a society somewhere else.

you can have justice while displaying mercy in attitude...and for the record i am not saying dude is innocent or condoning anything, but i do think saying things like 'hammer' before legal process is completed is a bit premature. saying that everyone at psu was letting this happen to kids is farfetched too. i think people should just let the legal system deal with it, and individually people should focus on making their own community better and focus on our own team.

It's sad that part of the legal process will be to vilify the victims, how's that for justice. I'm with buckUBlue on this.

The victims deserve an enormous amount of attention and sympathy. But on Bucknuts chat boards talking about hammer and us getting recruits because of it. Doesn't seem appropiate to the victims, our fan base, and judicial process to me. because that is what the court is for to hammer that all out.

Right now, the evidence and reporting of the media is showing that everyone at PSU did in fact let this go on.

  • My original post said that I hope they (those involved) get the hammer because of what happened to those young kids. This is way bigger than football, this is peoples lives. The comment about picking up Breneman simply meant that if he for some reason was to flip, so be it. Maybe I should have put more separation between the two. I didn't think I would have to say this but I would never want a recruiting advantage to come at the expense of a child.

FWIW I apologize for the personal digs in my reply. I meant what I said but I could have said it without the extra little digs so for that I am sorry. I shouldn't have responded right away to that post. Touchy subject.
