Who, other than Urban and Staff, really know why his visit was cancelled? Who knows for sure that we cancelled his visit? I don't think that if we did cancel his visit that it is necessarily a message of strength with other prospects as much as a question regarding this young man's true interest in tOSU. This is a question that I have had for a long time. Will it be a great loss? I don't think so as we have so many good prospects considering right now that a scholarship could be more wisely spent on someone else who wants to be a Buckeye and at a position of greater need. I would much rather use this scholarship on an OLman or LBer.

It seems like the only real plausible explanation is the staff feels comfortable with their standing with other uncommitted players on their list, and now believe they can afford to be more selective. I sure hope those others uncommitted players include 2 Offensive Tackles!
