If we can believe the rumors that have sprung up about Neal's Dad upsetting Meyer, then Diggs may be the only candidate. I think it is Diggs.

Just another reason you shouldn't listen to people from ESPIN when it comes to recruiting. If he is telling you Neal is way better it likely has something to do with the fact they are airing a segment on him not 40 times. If Diggs really runs a 4.75 why does ESPIN have him listed at a 4.45? Neal may be a burner and will be a good player someone but Diggs isn't slow and IMO he has the better tools to become a big time player.

He is probably getting that time for Diggs from the Army AA Underclassman Combine from last year. Other notables from that event who Buckeye fans would recognize were Brian Kimbrow who clocked a 4.41, Greg Garmon who came in at 4.40, and V'Angelo Bentley with a 4.50.

Keep in mind however that guys like Neal and Kimbrow are waterbugs. Diggs has good size, and from seeing his film, is plenty fast on the football field. Could have been a bad day at the track for him in San Antonio.

Diggs is probably a 4.45-4.5 player right now.. Neal is faster. That said, even with my ties to them, I take Diggs over Neal all day.
