Do You Like Night Games For the Buckeyes?

I am sure this topic has a lot of different opinions. Myself, I do not like night games. Unfortuantely I am an olde "Woody" type codger that thinks football games should be played at 1:30pm on Saturday afternoons.
I have attended 2-3 night games at the Shoe. I believe the first one I attended was the first ever night game agansit Pittsburg, which was a 10-7 come from behind win in 1985. As I recall, the lighting, to me seemed weak, and the experience not as thrilling as a day game.
We tend to park about 2 miles from the stadium and walk, and I did not feel comfortable doing it, even though I had grown up in that neighborhood in the 40's and 50's. The night seemed to bring out the loudmouths and drunks as we neared the stadium. It got worst afterward as we walked back to the car. These are my thoughts as I experienced them.
I also hate to "wait all day" for the game. If it is on TV and comes on at 8pm or later, it is usually after midnight till it is over...by then olde codgers like me are in bed..ha ha...anyway..

I personally love night games. I don't enjoy going to the stadium anymore. Too crowded, hassle to park, etc.
I get all day to watch other games, while I get more and more fired up for the Buckeye game at night. Typically a night game is a big time match up, so it can get pretty emotional. There is something about hanging out with family and friends all day in anticipation for the game at night.

Under Tress we were terrible in the night games, hope that changes under Meyer. If it does change under Meyer, I will love night games. Great atmosphere for both Texas and USC at the shoe, but bad result.

Tressel said he always like the noon games, I think Urban is way different. He wants that stadium rocking, and you don't get that with noon games.
Urban loves to get the crowd going on the sidelines. If you think night games have been crazy in the past, just wait.

I like the early as possible games because I like to relax the rest of the day knowing my Bucks have already won. I like to root for the underdogs the rest of the day and watch us move up the rankings.

I'm impartial. Night games have a better ambiance, but if we lose a noon game on Saturday it sorta spoils me for the rest of the day. I have no interest in watching other games if my Bucks don't win. So I guess I lean toward the later games. Plus it gives you a better chance to get ready (drunk).

Night games are the best its prime time for us so to speak. The energy is so much higher better all around IMO.

One other way that night games are superior is that the action can be viewed much more clearly under the lights on TV.

I love the 8 pm games. Play in Primetime! Nation is watching. Crowd is even more into the game. Let the other teams play in the preliminaries, then sit back and watch the Buckeyes play THE game of the day.

I like the excitement night games bring to the program but I hate waiting all day to watch my Bucks! I prefer noon games, whether I am going or watching it on TV. Get up, have some food and beers, early game, if we win celebrate the rest of the day, if we lose, it gives the the rest of the day to try to get out of my piss poor mood.
