Yep! They are both master recruiters but Saban has a certain sleeze or con artist factor to his persona compared to Urban. UM seems very sincere and above the fray.
It will be interesting to see the 2 compete head to head for some of the Florida and national kids in the next several years.

Agreed. Tressel had the makings of being a great recruiter. His loyalty to Bollman, and his refusal to hire a true OC was stopping him from being great. Kids are attracted to flash and success. Urban has had both in abundance. Tressel was missing the flash.
