Meyer would not being offering so many other RBs if he though Green was a lock.
I like not waiting on kids to the last minute, you never know which kid is really going to pan out anyway, so just offer many top rated recruits and take the ones that want to commit early.

If you knew a kid was a "silent verbal" would you offer 10 other kids at his position? Nope... you wouldn't need to and definitely wouldn't take the chance on one accepting and having to deal with that mess.

I understand the many sentiments expressed already regarding Green noting that tOSU has a big lead and so then he should commit. However the most important thing is that a young man be absolutely sure of his decision. I do hope that Green ends up a Buckeye because of all the backs he is the one I want the most.

We'd like to see Green hop aboard, but if he doesn't, OSU will go on quite well, and Green will go on quite well, as lots of programs would like him. Who knows what deals have been cut or what goes on in young guy's minds. We should just relax and enjoy the show.

Why doesnt he just commit if OSU is his school?

these kids have to realize there is limited space & if they really wanna win a NCG - they better jump on board as soon as possible
