Ok, I know these threads are typically frowned upon, but I got into it with a Michigan fan, and when I try to tell him about ESPN's bias against OSU and the Big Ten, he laughs and says I am making half this stuff up.
So I am asking for help from my fellow Buckeye fans. I'd like to send him an e-mail packed full of articles and examples proving me right :).
I want to wait until I have a lot of them, to give him one punch after another. If you guys could in your spare time help me find links and post them here, that'd be great!
And I promise I won't ask you guys to help me look good again. Thanks guys!

How about the fact that herbstreit dropped TOSU in the polls after they won the Sugar Bowl
-or-
the Outside the Lines episode with blacked out anonymous sources claiming a whole lot of garbage against Ohio State
-or-
Pat Forde calling for a 5 year bowl ban

ESPN making the Kalis de-commitment a front page story

A simple comparison between the Cam Newton scandal and the Tatgate scandal

A simple comparison between their treatment of Jim Tressel and Pete Carrol

Or to rehash the observation that ESPN updated OSU's standing to show their 2010 vacated wins but did not do the same for Georgia Tech or other teams recently vacating wins. That has been posted already but it seems to be pretty biased

So I showed the Michigan fan the Ramzy articles and he immediately discredited them, predictably calling them homer articles. And of course after he saw the standings were tampered with he told me I was pathetic for caring what the standings in 2009 are for GT, and that if I hate espn so much I should just quit watching it and moaning about it (I haven't watched it in years but of course he couldn't get that point).
Michigan fans fit their stereotype all too well.

Tell him if they were relevant in the B1G ESHIT would be after them too. How can he honestly say the coverage of Oregon, UNC, USC, Auburn, or LSU have been remotely similar to the tOSU coverage? In some cases, those schools committed worse violations than tOSU. No where near the same coverage. If he won't acknowledge that then he is a blatant homer & hater.

Up vote for you!! The fact that ESPN is suing Ohio State and not other schools like USC (during their 5 year investigation), Auburn, UNC, or any other school says a LOT about their bias.

Tell him he should feel the same way you do, since (as the conspiracy theorists say) ESPN hates and is bias against the entire Big Ten for forming a television network. ;)
