Don't think that we need to fret over our keeping the same defensive scheme. It is sound, players know it and it will make the transition a lot easier. Also once better pass rushers are install to this scheme it will be a lot better. I would imagine too with better talent Luke will be more apt to be more aggressive.

In regards to Smith's departure, thank goodness it is long overdo. I am sure with all his contacts he will land on his feet and be someone else's problem rather than ours.

Thirdly, I would not be too concerned about the Safety starters right now. They are strictly on paper and based on seniority. Once we hit the field all spots are open and if Cash and Tanner are better they will be the starters. Urban has already said that starting spots will be competed for on a weekly basis.
