Fantasy Help

  • Alright guys I'm looking for something to help me decide a blockbuster fantasy trade. It's a 10 team league, 5 keepers every year and were 8 years in. My key players are Rodgers,AJ Green, Demaryius Thomas, Jordy Nelson, Arian Foster, Reggie Bush, Mikale Leshoure, and Jason Witten. I also have Beanie waiting to get healthy. 21 roster spots.

    Should I trade Foster and Leshoure for Ray Rice, Gore, and Mike Wallace? The lineup in the league is QB, 3 WR, 2 RB, TE, Flex (wr/rb) D and K.

    I have talked to my 2 most trusted friends on this and neither has been able to give me a compelling reason for or against the trade....please help.

    AF is solid however you are getting the number 2 RB in FF and Frank Gore who is rock solid to get those 2 for Arian I say absolutley do it. Leshoure is bad and Reggie Bush is not producing and you can't count on Beanie to stay healthy, pull the trigger before they change their mind. your 5 keepers will be Rodgers, AJ, D Thomas, Gore and Rice that is stroner than you have now

  • I would absolutely take this trade. RR is top 5 rb every year just barely behind foster. And he's not as injury prone. And u could def use gore over leshoure beanie and bush. + ur getting wallace who is good, not great. But has the potential to be a #1 wr. Do it do it

  • The kicker is Mike Wallace. IMO he would be your 4th best WR behind Green,Thomas, and a healthy Jordy. You also have to think about Big Ben being injured, that will def impact the steelers passing game. If Wallace is your 4th best WR then he's not going to help you much. Your two starting RB's vs. Rice and Gore is pretty close. I think Arian is having a much better season than Rice. Rice just isn't getting as many touches as he usually does...

    Foster-872 yds 10 TD's (3rd in league in rushing) Rice-657yds 7TDs (14th in rush)
    Bush-575yds 4TD's Gore-753 yds 5TD's(8th in rushing)

    IMO Wallace wouldn't play over your other wideouts and I think Arian is more valuable than Rice and Gore....I don't think I would do it

  • Thanks for all of the insight and opinions guys. Although it was tough, I ultimately decided to accept the trade. My main reasons were Leshoure and Bush's maddening inconsistency and the quality depth that the trade provided. Also, Nelsons health is a concern and Wallace helps ease that concern. Finally the flexibility that ill have when choosing my keepers for next year. It was tough to part with the best player in fantasy, but I think my team is better with this trade. Again thanks for your opinions, GO BUCKS!!!
