This is debatable. In fact our very own Dave Biddle interviewed Shazier's Father last year who pronounces it "Shay-zeer".
Am I correct, D.Bids?

You are correct. It is pronounced Shay-ZEER.
My source is pretty good on this one: Ryan's father.
I told OSU's SID, so hopefully they'll change it in the official pronunciation guide. But yes, it's Shay-ZEER. Fear rhymes with Shazier.
