Former OSU Star Darby Dead At 30

It is being widely reported today that former OSU basketball standout Brent Darby passed away in his hometown of Detroit from complications from blood clots. He was 30.

Brent was a good dude, fierce competitor. I remember he hit 4 threes as a freshman at Indiana as OSU won there 2 years in a row for the first time in forever.
He and Coverdale always battled head to head. Great stuff. Sorry to hear about this.

Very sad to hear this news. Brent was always one of my favorites. He absolutely carried us on his back for his entire senior season. I'll always remember that Big Ten Tournament run he led us on. Rest In Peace Brent.
