If it were true that they evaluate recruits based on their pro potential, why do they stop rating them once they get to college? If it was really all about the pros then why stop? IMO this guy you quoted pulled that out of is butt trying to cover for an inexplicable drop in rating.
I want to know how good these kids are heading in to college. I could careless how they project after college at this point. I'll worry about that when they get ready to graduate. Jalin, Cam, and Eli, are all 5 star kids and not far behind is Joey.
I am really disappointed in the explanation. Like many here it doesn't bother me that he rated out as a 4, the problem I have is the rational they used to justify the drop.
