He is a "must get" because of his athleticism. God didn't make many linebackers with sub 4.44 speed. In my humble opinion you take players with like that whenever you can. As far as his brother, its much to early to call him a "bust", although his running style is not very well suited for the new offense.
We agree, OL (tackle preferably) is a must.
