The difference between those guys like MJ, Kobe and Bird was that they had other hall of famers to play with.
MJ had Hall of famers Pippen and Rodman
Bird team was stacked! Had Dennis Johnson, McHale and Robert Parrish
Kobe is my fav NBA player but even he had Shaq who is arguably the most dominat force besides Wilt Chamberlain to ever play the game of baseketball.
Even Magic had Nba hall of famers James Worthy and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. I assure you Magic doesn't win five rings playing his whole career in Cleveland.
Until Bron got to Miami he never had anyone close to the level of those guys mentioned. Not close. He had to leave cleveland to get the Hall of fame talent to win like those guys because nobody wants to live and play in Cleveland.

You know what I'm actually on Alpha's side on this one. I used to be that guy back when Jordan played that looked for every excuse to find something wrong with his game. I just could not accept his greatness. Called him a ball hog, could only dunk( early career). Then Jordan left the game and I realized just how great of a player we all got to witness. Folks, you need to accept that players like Lebron come around once every 20 years. Stop being a hater and picking his game apart and just accept what we all have. One hell of a basketball player.

I don't think Sam Perkins is in the Hall of Fame.
Mullin is borderline, but he was one of the top notch stars of the league when he played. Parker and Ginobli, other than maybe one year each, have been great role players. I don't see either of them getting in.
Pau Gasol, not even going to sniff it.

Do you remember the playoff game against Orlando? I know I barely do because I was drunk, but I remember him playing out of his mind. Lebron would have had a championship already if he had anyone on that Cavs team worth a crap. I don't know why Cavs fans expected him to stay around after how poor that management team was at trying to get players around him.

People are out of their minds thinking Lebron can't play in big moments. People just remember the big moments he has let them down because there have been so many that the Cavs relied on him.
