It would be a huge boost for the B1G if a great SEC team were to go down to a B1G team.
I haven't decided yet but I might put my MI feelings aside for this one game.

Yep, as much as I hate TSUN, I hate all SEC teams worse. Our conference needs respect and this is a good way to start.

Alabama's good. Can't blame them for that. Michigan, on the other hand, is like a professional blowhard. The greater number of humiliations there the better.

The only time I root for Michigan is when they play Notre Dame, and even then I feel like I'm gonna die until about the following Thursday.

Hell no. Never. I hope they lose bad. As in, a woodshed beat-down. Their fans need to be taken down a few pegs. Just because those backward-ass fans in the south root for their entire conference doesn't mean we have to.

I won't, but understand why you would. I will however say that I could not handle the Michigan fans I know if Michigan wins that game. On the other hand if Alabama wins I can handle the zero Alabama fans I know.

It would be great for the rivalry if MI came in to Columbus undefeated and then got smacked down. How would recruiting be then with the prospects that will wait till after the season to commit?

Nope. I don't want to give them any more of a recruiting boost. I also root for Michigan to lose EVERY game they play. Plus, the Michigan hype would be sickening. Hell, their recruits talk non stop shit as it is right now, could you imagine their diarrhea of the mouth if Michigan wins?

I think it is great for the rivalry whenever Ohio State and Michigan play no matter what the records are. I think it is even better for the rivalry when Ohio State wins regardless of the records. Why does Michigan have to be great or undefeated in order for the rivalry to be good? Why is it only Ohio State fans who care about Michigan and how good they are? Michigan fans sure as hell don't root for Ohio State to be good. You didn't see Michigan fans caring about how good Ohio State is. Ask Michigan fans if they feel bad about winning last year over a Ohio State team with a temporary coaching staff and an NCAA investigation hanging over the squad.
