BTW, let's not get caught up in player rankings, shall we? We have 3 3-stars. Look at other programs across the country.
1) Michigan has 4 3-stars
2) Florida has 6 3-stars
3) Georgia has 6
4) Texas/Alabama 1 apiece
5) LSU has 4
6) Florida St. has 6
Coaches are paid and trained to find these prospects. A LOT of them are under-the-radar types. Star ratings don't always mean anything.

I'm glad he committed and I'm glad Urban is putting the pressure on guys to commit early or lose their spot because it is just going to create a precedent for the future. In a few years we could be seeing our recruiting classes filled out before summer is over just like Texas does it. Recruits will learn that when you get a scholarship offer from tOSU you better take it. I think that is a good strategy because you can then focus on the next years recruiting class and basically have a year head start on everyone else.

Agreed. Lots of interest along the DL. It'll be interesting to see how it shakes out with only a few spots available. How many DT's/DE's do we take? Maybe two of each with Simon, Hankins (most likely), Goebel, and Williams all gone.
I say Bosa, Hurst, Bower, and Daniel/Neal/Sherit are at the top of the list (I'm sure I'm missing some). I have to think Sprinkle and Munger are on the outside looking in.

Let the coaches do their job.
Just because a prospect is rated higher does not gaurantee success.
Look at by class comparisons on ranking vs production
would you take these RB's ahead of Antonio Pittman
Bobby Washington
Thomas brown
Charlie Jones
DJ Wolfe
Jamaal Edwards
Tony Temple
Andrew Johnson
Andre Brown
Markus Manson
George Bell.
They were all ranked higher than Pittman
