Interviewing these kids truly is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. He was great. I also have one coming with Joey Bosa and will work on Bell, Burrows, Conley and Baugh on Wed.

You don't need to run a 4.4 if you can tackle and have the instincts like he does. He's plenty fast. Steve H raved about him the other day.

Would definitely be a nice catch landing johnson and mitchell but of it's true that we also could land quick and worley too would he a huge ending to our class.

I'm guessing you also weren't a huge James Laurinaitis fan? He didn't have elite speed. He ran a ~ 4.7 at the combine.

C'mon man. There's more to playing linebacker than speed and quickness.

hey Matt, FYI it is probably best if you just agree with other posts for a while and reinforce what others are saying so you can build up some street cred here. Keep all personal opinions to yourself until further notice. Newbies should be seen not heard, unfortunately. As Dennis Hopper onee said(Speed), "do not attempt to grow a brain." Just the way it is on this board.

I see that "burst" in Mitchell but not Johnson. Mitchell, IMO, has the ENTIRE package. However, you guys do bring up some respectable points. I have watched film of Mitchell that was zoomed out, so I did take that into consideration. I don't know though, I may look foolish after I tell you that I've not watched much Johnson film (I started snoozing, lol), but that's just my opinion. He seems like a good kid with a good work ethic--and that'll do wonders for him to reach his full potential. But as you guys have mentioned, I trust Urban's recruiting ways. He obviously knows a lot more than we do.

It's a conversational forum. Friendly and clean debate. Everyone has different opinions. Different perspectives spice things up every now and then. Just because I'm new--it doesn't mean what I say isn't valuable, accurate, or valid. But, like you all are saying, I may need to build up some "cred" to be taken as a more reputable source by some other members. If I were to give an honest assessment of myself, for the most part, I'm probably on the side of a more honest, friendly, and passionate guy. Go Buckeyes!
