Urban said at his presser the best recruiters for OSU will be current players and current commits. Looks like he already instilled this in them. Makes sense. Just tell them, "Hey if you want to win multiple NCs, you have to help recruit. Don't you want to play with the best players in the country? Do your role and help me get these kids in here".

Love this attitude. Everyone around here loves to cite Mike Brewster, the Brew Crew and how he played an integral role in recruiting so many guys in his class.
Tressel seemed to want Kyle Kalis to assume a similar role. And then...
Fast forward. Urban now says to his players and recruits, "I'm working my ass off recruiting guys to win championships. If you want to part of this, I expect you do help me here.". So props to guys like Elfein and Epi for doing what they can here.
