Study hard and don't miss a football game.
I missed one my Freshman year and I regret it.
Not that the game was special or anything but then I could've claimed perfect attendance as an undergrad.

What's wrong with me is I get home sick so easy. I'm only a freshman but I way to OSU football camp in 7th grade and had to go home early for homesickness. I went to DC last year and I was so homesick the first day it's not funny.

You'll get over that. You're still developing. Within the next 24 months or so, you'll be craving time away from home and new experiences.
One caveat, no food is as good as mommas! Sorry to play spoiler!

It can be hard the first few times away. Once you get 3-4 weeks in it should get better. Seems like week 2-4 for me was always hard, but after a month the new place was home away from home.

Then again while I was in Columbus, I drove up to Bowling Green to see my wife (fiancee then) 3-4 weekends a month, and visited friends and family in Toledo during the day on Saturday and Sunday.

I've only been on campus a handful of times, but every time I walk into the shoe I get goose bumps and cant get the smile off my face... unless we are losing haha.
