Without bashing Coach Tressel and bowing to Coach Meyer..can we agree that Coach Meyer IS the better offensive mind and OFFENSIVE coach????...all of us saw us win with a cerebral Krenzel and an athletic Smith and Coach Tressel did allow himself to be more effective with these two young mens' individual strengths...but please dont say we were happy with Coach Tressel and his offense for the majority of his 10 years here...I LOVE Coach Tressel, especially his record but c'mon now, the truth is his offensive genius DID indeed rely on his defense and the punt...Coach Meyer is a completely different coach and offensive mindset...we will live with more turnovers but will also use the talents of each individual to a much higher effectiveness IMO...the coaching change will be more exciting to watch but the record of the previous 10 years is gonna be difficult to duplicate...I just want one (or two) more NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS before I die...I wont live to see another 34 year reign between raising the crystal...Coach Meyer is now MY COACH...OUR COACH...lets just enjoy the ride and the pride thats comes with it............JUST SAYIN
