Meyer and Matta sell him on playing football at OSU, then after the season is done, playing for Thad and the Buckeyes, could be a huge coup.
Thad ever extends that bench down the road, this kid and maybe Corn Elder coming in for some fresh legs and real athletic help.
Harris is a good hoops player as well.

I interviewed Harris last year at the Spiece AAU tournament. He is a great kid and a great 2-sport athlete. My guess is Matta and Co. are thoroughly involved here.

Love the Late in the game tenacity by Urb and Co.. This class is going to be sick...wouldnt be surprised if we ended up #1.....regardless of the whole bell drama

This basketball program is in better shape than when Nate Salley actually had to play. The chances of them getting on the court are slim to none...or the bball team is in trouble.
Should we be concerned that the staff is all of a sudden going back in on so many WR recruits? Is Gibson a longshot to qualify? Were they putting their eggs in one basket with Quick? Not much buzz the last week on Elder, etc...

if he ends up playing both football and basketball, who takes the scholly hit? Is it decided between Thad and Urban, is it Urban and football, cause the kid won't play a full hoops season, yet he will pay an entire football season?
Is sharing a kid between major CFB and BB really feasible anymore nowadays?

He is 2014 correct? That would mean that the things going on at the end of this cycle really don't have much bearing on this offer.

UFM is unbelievable. I would be pissed if he wasnt our coach and going after our players. But he is and he ,so go for it coach. WTH is going on here?

Not late to the game at all, 365 plus to flip him. 2014.
Would love to land a true number 1. Love a big split end. Could you imagine what this offense could do with a Julio Jones/AJ Green type. Not saying this kid is a top ten national player but you can't teach size and speed.
In 14 I pray we land the backers, an elite safety, nail down Barker/Watson and finally a biggg wideout. To much to ask? Oh and a couple more non bollman type ol.

This one will really send Dantonio into a tailspin if Urban steals him. Drake Harris is a total bad-ass and I think he's the #1 player in Michigan over McDowell.

This kid looks solid, would love to see him as a Buckeye!! Tough choice for him? maybe not! Play in the crappy slow paced Sparty offense with the 5 year old OC calling plays or the high power Meyer/Herman swag offense slinging the damn ball all over the place. You tell me!!
