Good call on the "he's our ass" comment. That is exactly how I feel about him. I don't mind the blunt statements and the extreme pressure he puts on everyone around him because I don't play or work for him. With that said, if he was my boss or coach, I probably would find him very difficult to deal with. With that said, what I care about is wins on the field and few arrests off it. If Meyer can deliver, I'll support him. If he can't, I won't have to call for his head...it is the people who work/play for him that will be doing it.

As for this guys posts...I don't know what he has said in the past. The only thing I saw was the he was critical of Meyer and you attacked him for it. If it is a consistent pattern for him to ruffle feathers (see Alphabuckeye), then I get why you said what you did. However, I do get frustrated sometimes with the Meyer cult that has developed on this board because you can't even question the guy right now.

LUVDABUCKS1 said that Smith is one of the coaches who is being an ass hat towards the other coaches. Many question if Zach Smith had the experience of being a WR coach at OSU. His only other coaching experience was at Temple.

Many people suspect that he got the WR out of respect from Urban towards his grandfather Earle Bruce. Now if what these men are saying in this thread Zach Smith is one of the current coaches who acting like he is a Rock Star, and treating the other High School coaches like shit. I have no idea if it's true but one of the gentleman who is beating this drum pretty loud is saying if. If it true shame on Smith.

Hey Dave...I haven't had a chance to come back to the thread for a couple of days. But yep, my buddy that worked the camp said the photo was still available to the kids, which is a good thing. He also said, despite not being all that organized (which the BH reminded everyone today it was the staff's 1st go of it and took Tress a few years to really get it organized) it was still an intense camp and the kids were worked hard. He also mentioned, and we all pretty much know this, that because of this staff's attention and emphasis on toughness that this team will have a different personality from the teams we've seen at OSU the last several years. I know I have been one to - despite my love of how Tress operated - criticize the more recent teams for not being tough and not being nasty. To me, that was the main thing missing. Well, and we all pretty much knew it, but this team's identity will be for nastiness and physicality. My guy was talking to some coaches and they were saying that's one of their MO's. So...there is a lot to look forward to with this staff! Eventhough a few were trying to spin this thread negatively, it's mostly good at the WHAC! Even if Warriner is kind of a jerk! :)
