When in doubt, punt.
At this point how can this be termed a "mistake"? It is what it is and will likely always be. He is undisciplined and doesn't excercise the self control to make good decisions. Considering the draft is such an important thing for him as an individual, and he still puts the garbage before his own best interests, you can have no expectation of him putting a team first ever. As a Steelers fan, I hope they took his name off of their board and threw it in the trash.

Cleveland Orchestra Baby!! World's greatest!! The Brown's wet dream is to be them.
We would like to have zero tolerance and no pot heads on our team but that's pretty much impossible. Pot use is wide spread enough that it be tough to put together a talented team of teenagers without a few tokers. I still don't understand why someone who wants to be a finely tuned athlete in mind and body continues to do marijuana. Maturity and stupidity are certainly two reasons. He won't realize what he lost until its too late. Anybody that has pot head friends can tell they lack motivation of normal brained people. Its certainly cool to be relaxed but to be so layed back you let your career and potential disappear. Stupid stupid stupid.
I guess none of us ever did anything "stupid" when we were kids, huh? Even more than once? No one ever sped thru a red light? No one ever had a few beers and went driving, knowing it was wrong? I guess I'm the only one.
It's an adolescent mistake by an adolescent. Clearly everyone's forgotten what that means. Are there players who smoke (or worse) their way out of the league? Sure. But probably a lot fewer who do something stupid and come to truly understand the point.
Comments like "he's a loser", "I hope he never gets drafted", and "I'm glad he's gone" are unproductive and pointless.
Doesn't surprise me that he does smoke but that he was dumb enough to still have it in his system for the combine does. He been in trouble several times at tOSU but might not hurt his draft too much. NFL is looking for players and might put a condition in his contract. The NFL tests are more frequent and he won't get away with it there.
What a supreme lack of self control! I don't understand how someone with that much on the line could put it all at risk. There will be plenty of time after the NFL to get high. Not to mention that smoking herb will be great to alleviate all the joint (no pun intended) pain, migraines and other post concussion symptoms!
"I am leaving it as I found it. Take over. It's yours."
Its actually a positive article on Adams so Im not sure where all this anger is coming from. Killed it in interviews. His stock hasnt dropped at all since teams knew about the results.
