I feel like most of you: "How can you screw up when the keys to the castle are almost in your hands?" We'll never be looking at a 1st round OT gig in the League. Mike, on the other hand, has been coddled every since people realized his potential. While we wouldn't let ANYTHING cost us in the draft, Who doesn't feel that Mike looks at it like "what's the big deal all of the sudden?" If anything, I'll bet he views this latest transgression as a mere inconvienence. Deep down, I think he's just worried about how much $$ it's going to cost him. That said, best of luck to him. After all, he IS a Buckeye. I just wouldn't give him his 1st contract.

Selfishly, I was banking on having yet another Buckeye taken in the first round to add to our glorious draft day history. That is in real limbo right now. Boy would I be a hypocrite to bash him for sparking one up but then again I'm not preparing myself right now to enter a profession that could pay me millions and that I dreamed about as a kid. Hope it works out for Mike because I did get the sense he was sincerely remorseful for his transgressions contributing to Tat Gate but now this.
