I may be old school but to me assigning the blame for our Safety deficiencies is not that important and truly a waste of time. It is what it is so we have to start there and work forward trying to coach up what we got and recruit ourselves to a better standard over the next couple of years. I hope/think that Bryant can get better and Tanner and Bogard may be able to help until our recruiting picks up. Right now we are still at the stage that Urban can compare what he has to what he would like to have. At the conclusion of Spring Ball he will be transitioning to this is what we have now how can we make the best of it.

Re: safeties... I would love an update on how Tyvis Powell is doing so far. One of the few early enrollees we haven't heard much about. He could be a great free safety with his size and speed.

As we sit and complain about Saftey depth, it is important to point out the lack of recruits listed at that position right now in OSU's cross hairs. Makes it harder to believe the "rumors" around Bradleys slow play last year with such a huge hole here.

Wonder if we'll see a few of those good young corners move over? The kid from Akron S-V and Reeves? Will be fun to watch 'em tighten up.
