Thanks for posting about this movie. I've sen the previews and have wanted to see this one. Since I went to see a chick flick with my wife a few weeks ago, I should be able to drag her out to see this one fairly easily!

Absolutely fantastic guys.
I just left and it starts a little slow but the movie was just unbelievable. Obviously the acting by the Seals was a little lower quality than an actor would be, but the fight scenes and the ending just pulled on every emotion a man can have.
I'll say this, I love nothing more than reading or watching stuff about our Special Forces, especially the Navy Seals and this just iced the cake.
I don't buy movies, but I will buy this one.

I almost forgot- they used LIVE ammo in most of the scenes! Unbelieveable....If you go..try and listen to the sounds of the different weapons...I don't know how they staged that, but it is so cool. The part where the rescure boats pull in to "extract" the mission guys, is stuff that guys dream of....again a must see if you have a pair!

Just returned with my wife from seeing this great Navy SEALS movie...It starred actual SEALS..and if you like military films, lots of action(mostly small arms), gernades, etc.. and guys kicking butt and taking names..this one is for you.....Now my wife did not care for it, and she dozed off..but there was only one other woman in the theatre and the rest full of guys! As a weapons instructor in the Army, myself, in the early 60's..it was fun to watch guys fire that .50 cal weapon and kick some butt..(i have some good time behind that .50 myself) The "gun boat" weapon action, alone, will keep you on the end of your seat...don't miss this movie if you are a weapons, or guns guy....a must see....and very emotinal at the end....I cried, but only becasue I dropped my pop-corn and spilled it, but it is emotional..ha ha...
IT OPENED TODAY 2-24-12 AT THE THEATRES!
