It absolutely amazes me that the coaches of the opposing teams did not change up their blocking schemes and let him run free at their QB... I understand the theory, but geez. Good looking highlight film and seems like he is going to work hard. Hard work plus good talent = a guy that will help this team!

Who would be overrated? Elliot (on Scout perhaps, not here)? Anzalone?

Price does not seem overrated in the least, nor does Baugh, I think both are underrated.

From someone who knows very little about diagnosing film, there is a few things that stand out. He has a nose for the ball, and he doesn't give up on plays, but I do have a few questions. Is it me or does he know how to throttle a QB but seems to like to grab a jersey to bring down the ball carrier, or wrap up at the waste from the side or behind and get dragged a few yards.

On a similar note,
Did anyone notice the TD by Rod Smith at the spring game near the goal line. Luke Roberts did a great job at getting his hands on Smith at about the 5 and was dragged all the way to the end zone.

I personally don't think you have any idea until the kid shows up for his first camp at college. We usually get some boarding house rumor within a week or two of camp that says "freshman player XXX is a machine out there." Then a couple of months later we see the guy getting some PT as a frehaman and those, by and large, are our most significant players.

More often than not our superstars make themselves known very early once they get on campus (and it is not always the 5*). Hankins is a prime example. I was SMH when I saw the BH say he was turning heads in practice, then saw him seize PT as fr. Look at him now. I was not expecting Hank to do much, but he exceeded expectations. I cannot wait to get the early practice and summer workout reviews on the class of 12 to see who blows up. I am sure some guys like Washington and Spence will shock no one, but I am sure that there will be some 3*s that jump out and demand attention, my picks are Marcus and Murray.
