The golf course at the Four Seasons on Papagayo peninsula in Costs Rica, http://www.teetimescostarica.com/gallery_4s.html . I've been fortunate to play all over the world and this is like the Golden Tee golf game but in real life. Stunning landscape and setting with monkeys in trees while you are shooting.
Second place is definitely Kapalua golf club in Maui (both the Bay and Plantation courses), http://kapalua.com/golf .
Fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life, son.

Arcadia Bluff in Arcadia, Michigan. Scottish style links on the shores of Lake Michigan. Awesome course. I've also played Inverness Club a number of times. Inverness has hosted 4 U.S. Opens, 2 Senior U.S. Opens, 2 PGA Championships and The U.S. Amateur Championship. Those are the 2 toughest courses I've played. The conditions were much more challenging at Arcadia, mostly because of the wind and pot bunkers.
I don't give a damn for the whole state of BITCHAGAIN!!!!!!!!
