    All it takes is one juror. I think she is full of holes, but to be honest, they defense virtually had no real evidence to anything. They had a lot of circumstancial evidence, even when that body and skull came, gone and reappeared again. Not shocked at this at all, a defense jury with a lot of nothing and all it takes is one person to say not guilty, even though I think this young lady is guilty to some degree, how much with this flim flam defense full of circumstancial evidence was hard to tell in the end.

    Isn"t it a hung jury when they can't agree and declared a mis-trial, that is different from not guilty. I just wonder if they truth of this will ever come out. It sure as hell didn't come out during this trial.

    The truth did come out. Casey Anthony killed her child and 12 dumb Jurors let her walk. Just like with OJ Simpson.

  • Not a big fan of Nancy Grace but that should be one helluva entertaining episode tonight.

    Someone above posted it only takes one juror, but in this case it was unanimous NG.

    I didn't watch the trial very close but did the judge not allow for consideration of 2nd degree? The circumstantial evidence against Casey was/is overwhelming, guess the prosecution blew it.

  • She will not go to jail for anything? Child abuse? Being a piss poor parent who chloroforms their kid to go out and party...actually piss poor isnt even a good adjective maybe rotten human being is better...I hope she gets retried and the trial is held in Texas and she is found guilty...

  • There is a lot of emotion around this case. I will be surprised if Casey Anthony sees her next birthday.....it's that volatile down there in Florida. What separates this from the OJ case is the murder of a little girl. Even if I am wrong about my prediction, nothing short of a change in identity and a move clear across the country will allow Ms. Anthony to have a facsimile of a life.

    Lastly....did you see her in pics wearing a Buckeye jersey...and her little girl...RIP....wearing one too?

  • Prosecution reached. I don't believe she murdered the little girl. I think she accidentally OD'ed her. She admitted she had given her chloroform before so she could go out boozing and whoring. I think she gave her too much and knew she would be charged if it was found out what she had done.

    Please dude... her mom searched for chloroform.. not Casey. Duck tape had no prints, NO DNA,,, sorry bruh... doesnt work that way. I didnt say she was innocent, I said there was no proof. You think all 12 jurors just said "hell let her go" in 10 hours. The system worked. When there is reasonable doubt you cannot convict.... Jeff Ashton's laugh was the smallest hole in the prosecutions whole game plan. As with Simpson they dropped the ball.

    She had 7 charges against her, and child abuse and manslaughter was 2 of them. Not Guilty on both.

    The mother was proven to be at work. Why would you need to put duct tape around the mouth of a dead person? The body was dumped just blocks from the Anthony home. Why didn't she ever report her daughter missing? The system "worked" as in she was tried and found not guilty. The system doesn't work because it only works for those who have money or the best lawyers. I found that out the hard way.
