Absolutely will pray for you, for your wife and family, and for your doctors. I know how scary this all is for you guys. My wife got her second cancer diagnosis last May. She's at treatment this very minute.

The closest that I will ever get to a Buckeye ring or Gold Pants. Saw it sold on e-bay April 29, 2011 for $8500.

I am a big believer in the power of positive thinking and prayer. Whether you rely on a spiritual application or don't, I am asking for a favor.
A couple of weeks ago I found out that I have a mass that is underneath the skin right under my ear on my neck. It appears based off a CT scan to be located either in my Lymph node or my perotid salivary gland. Next Tuesday I am scheduled for surgery (about 2 hours) and the surgeon is fairly confident that they will know before I wake up if this mass is benign or malignant. That will determine the next course of action if any is needed.
The other interesting part of this surgery is that the mass is located is right along the line of the main facial nerve on that side of my face. So, they have to be incredibly careful with this surgery because any damage to that nerve let's just say wouldn't be good.
My wife is anxious and nervous as you can imagine.
If you are spiritual in nature, please say a prayer for all of this to be good and especially to give my wife peace and strength.
If you are not so inclined on the spiritual side, then I hope you might just offer up some positive thoughts next Tuesday morning.
Either way, I know in my heart both will serve me and my family extremely well.
Not that it matters to any poster on here, but I will be out of commission for a while so I might not be on boards as often as I usually am.
This site, the staff and of course all the Buckeye faithful that litter this board almost always bring a smile to my face. I can't think of too many place outside immediate friends and family that I would post a request like this other than the band of brothers and sisters that love the Buckeyes.
On a side note, I have asked the doctor to see if she can make me look like George Clooney and while she is at it, perhaps a tummy tuck. We'll see how that goes.
