Dispatch has changed their system for online articles and editions. Previously, if you had delivery at home, you had full access online. Now, even if you have home delivery, they want to be paid for anything online and grant a 10 article viewing allowance, during which you get the windows about the new system.

I think they started doing this about 6 weeks to 2 months ago.

It is copyright law, and Bucknuts has to follow it. To ignore it is to invite problems.

Why is shit getting more difficult and more complicated? Pretty soon, once we go paperless for everything, we will all probably have to pay fee's for ANY information we get regardless of the source......

People re-post/re-tweet shit articles on twitter all of the time....I highly doubt they are looking to see if the content is copyright protected? or maybe i am just stupid. Or maybe that is why i don't bother copying links to anything....geeesh

Aww, isn't that a shame. The next time that the Dispatch credits Bucknuts, 11 Warriors or any other website for breaking a story will be the first. They have good writers, but their sports editor Ray Stein is complete scum. I've been told that Stein actually told his writers to never credit any of the "competing websites." Jason from Eleven Warriors got all pissed last week and rightfully so when the Dispatch did three stories about football ticket prices going up, the day after 11W broke the story, without ever once giving credit to 11W.

So, anything we can do to piss of the Dispatch/Ray Stein, count me in.
