Unless you have been working out recently, I would recommend starting with about 50% of the workouts. If you do everything to the max on the first night, you'll be too sore to workout for several days.
I recommend starting slow so that you can workout everyday.
The great thing about P90X is that once you start, you won't do that DVD for another 7 days. But, younshould still start slow if you have been a couch potato.
