Burn baby burn...
Makes me wonder, if Paterno were alive, wouldn't he be heading off to jail as well. The emails indicated that he was in the know about all this as well and you know those three would have turned on the old man. He probably would have been charged along with Spanier. I'm sure the cult of Paterno would have leapt to his defense, but I don't think that would have saved him in a court of law.
Note: I'm un-VIPing this post to let the nut job trolls from the PSU site consider the fact that Paterno was a criminal.

Well, there goes most of the PSU fans theory that if Curley, Shultz, and Spanier have their charges dropped it would clear Joe Paterno.
I am still curious as to what the feds are going to do concening the obvious violations of the Cleary Act. It could mean a loss of all federal funding and assistance. Should that happen profs that depend on grants will be bailing like rats from a sinking ship. Students could not get govt guaranteed loans, pell grants would disasppear. they may need a large supply of plywood to board up windows. the sad thing is the campus is beautiful and the town in quaint on the whole the people of state college seem very nice but will not face reality. still lots of joepa swag being sold. which i find strange as he sold them down the river.
