Not sure it's such a slam dunk as you propose. History tells you that teams don't build on RB's and that you can get backs with good draft choices, not high choices.
Interesting thought would be to bring in two WR's with your first two picks. Changes the game immediately.
Overall, I'm in agreement you can trade down a few spots, but I think there are too many sellers and not enough buyers.

If that is what the Browns do...I think its great...Claiborne is the only sure-fire playmaker in the draft and shutdown corners take away almost half the field...you then get best available WR at 22..and fill out 2nd and 3rd round with a RT and a RB...leave the QB position alone this year unless its 4th round or later
